#2 Guest experience team – to help guests book the property, respond to guest inquiries, and help the guest have an amazing vacation experience from pre-booking to post checkout

#3 Cleaning team – finding cleaners is not always easy, but you can subcontract companies to do the cleaning of the airbnbs.

#3 Maintenance team – when you only have a handful of properties and you can do handyman work or hire one things work fairly well… but when you start to scale past 10+ properties, you eventually have to have a team of maintenance personnel to respond to issues, especially if you have busy seasons in your market.

#4 Marketing team – to get more direct bookings, help you with owner acquisition so you can add more properties and scale your business to 6 figures and beyond…

Once you get going, you will want to find a niche you can serve and become known for.
